A little bit about me...

Having worked in the legal sector (primarily in employment law) for many years as a legal secretary, PA and legal assistant, I thought that it was time for a change. As the office go-to as proofreader for various legal documents and newsletter articles, and due to the fact that I can usually be found with my nose firmly buried in a book, I decided to give the College of Media and Publishing's proofreading and editing course a go. I passed with flying colours (a distinction!) and qualified as a certified proofreader and editor.

I decided to become a freelance proofreader and editor, and Eye For Detail Proofreading was born.

Eye For Detail Proofreading offers proofreading and editing services based in West Sussex, near to Chichester and the popular Wittering beach.

When not error spotting, I can usually be found walking along the shore, trawling for a better fossil than last time (the eye for detail comes in handy here too!). Failing that, you may find me madly pedalling around the country lanes on my trusty mountain bike or admiring a variety of vehicles at a car event with my petrolhead family!
